Applications to the Sorbonne School of Management follow different timelines and platforms depending on the degree level and type of program (initial training or work-study).

Please refer to the application calendar below so you don't miss your deadline!

  • First-year Bachelor’s Degree (L1)

    From Wednesday, January 15 to Wednesday, April 2, 2025 (inclusive), via Parcoursup.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (L2–L3)

    From Monday, May 12 to Tuesday, June 3, 2025 (inclusive), via the eCandidat platform.

  • L3 Applications (for students currently enrolled in L2 at EMS)

    From Monday, April 28 to Monday, May 12, 2025 (inclusive), via the eCandidat platform.

    You will need to create an account on the application and upload a scanned copy of your student card.

    Reminder of the rules regarding academic progression requests:

    1. If you are applying to one of the following L3 tracks:

    • Accounting, Auditing & Management Control (CCA)

    • Communication and Media Expertise

    • Human Resources

    • Finance Magistère

    You must also submit an application for one of the following L3 tracks:

    • Management – Finance track

    • Management – Strategy and Business Economics (SEE) track

    • Management – General Management track

    Without this dual application, you will not be eligible to enroll in the third year of the Bachelor's program should your application to CCA or the Finance Magistère be rejected.

    1. If you are NOT applying to one of the following L3 tracks:

    • Accounting, Auditing & Management Control (CCA)

    • Communication and Media Expertise

    • Human Resources

    • Finance Magistère

    You must apply—according to your preferences—to one of the following L3 tracks:

    • Management – Finance track

    • Management – Strategy and Business Economics (SEE) track

    • Management – General Management track

    If you are not admitted to your preferred track (depending on each program’s capacity), you will be offered the opportunity to join one of the other tracks.

    1. If you do not apply or express any academic progression wish in one of our L3 programs, you will not be eligible to enroll at EMS.

    Important:
    This application campaign is strictly reserved for students enrolled in the second year of the Bachelor’s in Management at the Sorbonne School of Management in 2024–2025.

    Applications submitted by students not concerned by this procedure will be systematically disregarded.
    A specific application campaign for external candidates (not enrolled at EMS in 2024–2025) is available on the eCandidat platform.

  • Professional Bachelor's Degree
