FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
-
What is my student status during my mobility?
During your international mobility, you remain enrolled at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
You must therefore complete your course registration for the international semester in order to receive your transcript and validate your semester.
-
How can I obtain my transcript?
Once you receive your exam results from your host university, you should send them as soon as possible to your international relations coordinator. Your grades will then be converted according to the French system, and the average of these grades will correspond to your international semester average.
If you have obtained other grades at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne alongside your exchange semester abroad, these grades will also be taken into account in your semester average.
Your transcript will then be available on your ENT within 7 to 10 working days.
-
What happens if I fail an exam?
Make-up exams must be taken at the university where the course was held. Be sure to plan ahead by checking the academic calendars during your international mobility.
If you fail a course during the first semester at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, you will need to attend the first semester make-up session in Paris in June. Even while on international mobility, you remain enrolled at Paris 1, so the compensation system can be applied to your semesters.
However, if you fail a course during your international semester, you may not earn enough ECTS credits to validate your semester or to compensate all your course units.
