Nicolas Kusz awarded the Silver Thil for his doctoral research
Nicolas Kusz, PhD associate from PRISM Sorbonne and Digital Marketing Manager at Saint-Gobain, has been awarded the Silver Thil during the 28th edition of the Étienne Thil Conference. This annual prize honors the best doctoral dissertations in commerce and distribution, recognizing the quality and impact of his research on user behavior toward voice assistants.
The Silver Thil is awarded each year at the International Étienne Thil Conference, a leading academic event in the field of commerce and distribution. It distinguishes the most outstanding dissertations featuring strong empirical or managerial contributions to the study of retail and distribution.
Nicolas Kusz defended his dissertation entitled Influence of a Voice Assistant’s Voice on Users’ Reactions and Behavioral Intentions, conducted alongside his full-time professional activity, under the supervision of Jean-François Lemoine.
As a member of PRISM, he regularly presents his research within the laboratory. He also teaches at the Sorbonne School of Management, where he lectures in Digital Marketing in the Master’s programs Market Studies and Marketing Decision-Making (EMDM) and Consulting and Research in Marketing (MCRM), as well as Digital Interface Marketing in the Marketing and Sales program.
