The impact of emotions on performance

In a constantly evolving managerial environment, emotional intelligence is becoming increasingly important. Should we leave our emotions at the office door, or learn to manage and harness them to improve team performance and well-being?

To explore this question — and many others — Sorbonne International is organizing a conference on the impact of emotions on performance, with Dr. Emeric Lebreton, on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 6 PM, in Room 06 at the Panthéon Center.
