Master in Management Control and Organizational Audit

The Master’s in Management Control and Organizational Audit trains experts capable of understanding and managing the complex mechanisms of companies and organizations. Students develop both theoretical and practical expertise, enabling them to analyze organizational structures, governance and management strategies, as well as the implementation of strategic decisions. They learn to evaluate organizational performance by coordinating various responsibility centers, ensuring alignment of actions with strategic objectives, and proposing innovations to optimize costs and value creation. The program also considers the impact of environmental and technological changes.

The Master’s is divided into two tracks starting from M2, following a common core in M1.

The first track, Audit, Control, and Public Management (ACMP), aims to train specialists capable of conducting audit missions, implementing internal controls, and managing performance through diagnostics and dashboard development. These skills apply to both the private and public sectors.

The second track, Management Control and Performance Monitoring (CGPP), focuses on training managers in management control by consolidating management control methods and techniques while integrating strategic, financial, and operational challenges. The program also places particular emphasis on the ethical dimension of the management controller’s role.
