Prof. Dr Émilie HENNEQUIN elected New Director of the EDMPS (ED 559)

Prof. Dr Émilie HENNEQUIN has been elected the new Director of the EDMPS (ED 559 – École Doctorale de Management Panthéon-Sorbonne). The EDMPS brings together four renowned partners in scientific research: the Sorbonne School of Management (EMS) of Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, ESCP Business School, the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises (IAE) de Paris, and the Computer Science Department of Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Émilie HENNEQUIN is a full professor at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, within the Sorbonne School of Management, and a member of the PRISM Sorbonne research laboratory (Interdisciplinary Research Center in Management Sciences). She holds a PhD in management sciences, initially focused on the theme of “career success”.

Prof. Dr Émilie HENNEQUIN’s research mainly addresses: sensitive issues within organisations, such as discrimination, inequality, diversity and access to employment; corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the ethical uses of human resource management; whistleblowers, the management of internal alerts, and the professional and social consequences of reporting dysfunctions; “atypical” or precarious careers, outsourced employment, and the professional trajectories of vulnerable individuals.
