PRISM Sorbonne Lab
PRISM (Sorbonne Research Center for Interdisciplinary Management Sciences) (EA 4101) was established in 2005 through the merger of pre-existing research centers. This reflects a commitment to developing a research unit that spans a wide range within our discipline, closely connected to the Sorbonne School of Management (EMS – UFR 06) at Université Paris 1 Panthéon – Sorbonne.
PRISM Sorbonne brings together around fifty faculty researchers, an equal number of doctoral students, and one research engineer. Its mission is to support, structure, and promote the scientific output of its faculty researchers, doctoral candidates, early-career doctors, and affiliated scholars.
We aim to foster and advance a culture of research and scientific excellence. We are also committed to ensuring that our research output engages with societal issues while upholding the rigor and intellectual independence characteristic of academic inquiry.
Scientific activities are organized around four thematic research areas:
Finance (led by Prof. Yannick Malevergne),
Strategy and Business Economics (led by Prof. Jean-François Sattin),
Human Resource Management (led by Prof. Jean-François Amadieu), and
Marketing (led by Prof. Jean-François Lemoine).
PRISM Sorbonne is also a partner of the Laboratory of Excellence on Financial Regulation (LabEx ReFi).
