Call for Applications: Postdoctoral Position at the PRISM Research Lab

As part of a research project focused on explainable AI in recruitment, the PRISM Lab (Interdisciplinary Research Center in Management Sciences) is offering a 12-month postdoctoral position. Applicants must hold a PhD in management sciences or work psychology. The selected candidate will conduct research interviews and analyze the collected data in collaboration with the project team members.
