Strategic management enables companies to anticipate market changes, structure their growth, and ensure their competitiveness. This program trains experts capable of analyzing complex environments and designing effective strategies adapted to contemporary challenges.
The GGRC track — Global Risk and Crisis Management trains specialists in identifying and managing managerial, geopolitical, and operational risks. Students learn to develop resilience strategies, lead continuity plans, and organize crisis management exercises to minimize the impact of emergencies and ensure organizational sustainability.
This track is available in initial training (M1-M2), work-study, and professional contract (M2).

The CMSI track — International Strategic Management Consulting prepares students for careers in strategy and management consulting as well as project management. It develops expertise in strategic monitoring, organizational diagnosis, and decision-making in complex environments. The training covers various managerial functions transversally to enable autonomous management of a wide range of projects.
This track is offered as initial training in the first year (M1) and as a work-study contract in the second year (M2), with some exceptions.

The EMER track — Entrepreneurship and Management in Responsible Companies is designed for future entrepreneurs and committed managers. It trains students to create and develop projects incorporating principles of social responsibility and sustainability. Students acquire managerial skills necessary to lead ethical companies and design strategies aligned with societal and environmental expectations.
This track is available in initial training (M1) and work-study (M2).
