Sectoral Management Master’s Degree
Sectoral management, within the framework of this master’s degree, corresponds to real estate management, a key field that trains experts capable of managing real estate investments and development projects. This program is intended both for students wishing to specialize in this sector and for professionals undergoing career changes or skill upgrades.
Two tracks are offered within the Sectoral Management specialization: Management and Strategy of Real Estate Investment and Construction (GESIIC): REIM – Real Estate Investment Management and RED – Real Estate Development. The master’s is available as an initial training program, a professionalization contract, and continuing education, with the possibility to enter at M1 or directly at M2 level.
The REIM – Real Estate Investment Management track prepares students for careers in real estate management and investment. It enables the acquisition of skills in appraisal, financing, and management of real estate portfolios, while integrating sustainability issues and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria.

The RED – Real Estate Development track focuses on the design and execution of real estate projects. It trains students in project management, planning, and coordination of the various phases of real estate development, taking into account financial, technical, and regulatory aspects.
